All WWW links are submitted to HOOT through standard email. Your link will be sent to our on-line editor who will review the link an it's content. After review, the editor will add your link to the links section.
Note: HOOT reserves the right to reject any link submitted if HOOT feels that the content is not appropriate for our audience.
